First win of Plamen Kamburov

Bulgarian driver Plamen Kamburov was able to win a hill climb competition, just during his second start with Fabia RS2000. It happened in a race in Gotse Delchev, a few kilometers from the Greek border. Saturday training stages on a dry surface showed that Plamen was a serious candidate for a victory. The weather got worse on Sunday, it was raining the whole day and Plamen could use all

the driving conditions of Fabia RS2000 and win the race by more than ten seconds. On a wet track, defeating the best Bulgarian hill climb racers.

Plamen Kamburov: „I have never trusted the car like today, it was stable, turning was smooth. I was feeling I could win while I was on track. But that significant victory is a pleasant surprise. I give many thanks to the team for their support.“
